    “Do you have difficulty doing daily activities, household tasks or joining community activities, such as festivities, religious or other activities?”   (Refer to ‘Introduction to Rehabilitation’ module)
    

    If the person answers ‘YES’ the next step is to follow the clinical decision tree for self-care.
